^ WTF!!

What kind of construction methods are they using that's allowing a building to go up so fast?!

Why can't this be applied to other London 'scrapers (once they actually start construction)?

Update: Above-ground steelwork is beginning to rise, only 30-35 weeks(6-7months) left until it tops out at 164m

Wow looks nice.

I'll have to take a visit to London later in the year to get a closer look at Broadgate and the others in Bishopsgate.

Look for the red cranes in the middle of the pano. This gives a really good indication of where it will stand in relation to both the City and Canary Wharf clusters (credit to John of SSP for this pic)

2012 renderings by me (note that LBT would be visible just off to the right) -

Not wishing to brag, but we have even more proposals not included in this rendering. These include:

80-88 Bishopsgate (192m)
Northgate Tower (180m)

Plus LBT (310m) which would stand just off the right edge of this view. Then a little further to the right, you'd see Beetham Tower (220m), 20 Blackfriars Road (176m), and the Doon Street Tower (168m).
