I saw some renderings of the park that will be part of this Cityplace project... Very Nice! I especially love the baseball diamonds that are planned on natural grass.. just a stones throw from the Rogers Centre! Will be pretty cool to toss the bean and then head over to watch the Jays!

Its a very nice tower...

the taller towers apart from the Signature tower have been built or U/C. Under 40 story buildings will be released. now...
Signature 217.5m 69 Floors Proposed *
Block 26W - Tower 1 113m 36 Floors Approved
Block 29 - Tower 1 113m 36 Floors Approved
Block 26W - Tower 2 58m 18 Floors Approved
Block 29 - Tower 2 58m 18 Floors Approved
* Could be changed to be even higher....

Cityplace went quite fast and likely will be finished in the next 5 years.

HV2 is the tallest cityplace tower at 49 stories and is 153.4M tall or 503 feet.

so close to finishing those 2, condos in toronto are just unstoppable. Its estimated that a condo is sold once every 3 minutes in toronto.

we know, he is saying what is the tallest now and it will emain the tallest for awhile. And those Heights are right. They are just heigher because they are the mechanical heights not the roof heights.

This Just In. New Building coming. 22 floors. Separate from CityPlace.
Directly on the east side of the planned Lakeshore+ Bathurst Loblaws. More to come, next year.
