Wide, dumpy, two-dimensional theatre set of a building (without the artistry). PVC windows, grey plastic rainscreen cladding, obtrusive ugly balconies, horrible proportions. Jones Homes - be ashamed.

6/10. Average at best. The fins are the only interesting feature, the sides of the building are very plain, the back is utterly abysmal:
 It's neighbour Imperial Point is much nicer

Not particularly awful but utterly anonymous and a scandalous waste of an opportunity. Not fit to be in the same neighbourhood as the Lowry and Imperial War Museum.
