Best proposed/approved skyscraper in the world?

Ok i thought this could be quite interesting...
Put forward your thoughts on what is the best current proposed or approved skyscraper not yet Under construction, from anywhere in the world.

This isnt just about height though it is about quality

1. London Bridge Tower - the effect SwissRe had on London's skyline will be NOTHING compared to the effect this little baby will have. When completed in time for the Olympics in 2012, it will be the perfect symbol of 21st century London.

2. Burj Dubai - This building isn't just about height, it's also a lovely design, elegant and very well proportioned, with a nice base too.

3. Union Square 7 - I would have chosen Shanghai World Financial Centre, but the redesigned top has ruined it. I prefer US7 now.

I'd say I agree with that... the London Bridge Tower is by far the best construction project going on right now. I'm not as big of a fan of Burj Dubai, and less of Union Square 7. Instead I'd say:

1. London Bridge Tower, London

2. Bank of America Tower, NYC

3. Trump, Chicago

The best tower going up now is clearly Union Square Phase 7 (aka International Commerce Centre) in Hong Kong. Two 400m+ towers in ICC and 2IFC across each other seperated by a natural harbour and framed by majestic mountains. Just imagine how it will be like sailing into Victoria Harbour with these two monsters on both sides of you. At night they will be two incredibly lit beacons. What an awe-inspiring spectacle it will be!

What about Vision Tower in Brisbane? I think it's up there as well. 246m to roof, 280 to spire.

Why do people keep putting towers that are U/C, even ones that are nearly complete like Eureka?
