A year ago I would have said the same thing. It's the backsides of a Sydney from another era. As someone said b4, 3rd world city.

Can't believe there's never been an updated render, and I've been keeping bit of a vigil on that one.

^ yes its a very small site AND has terrible access. I actually contacted Wolffe Architecture today and they havent a new render until 6months after the new amendents. These amendments are small ,some colours and podium changes.they said another 3 months yet of digging.lol

Another 3 months?! Sheesh... well, I suppose it won't be as long as the Meriton Tower "dig-out". Hmm, this tower will really go up quickly then... once the digging is completed.

@MUSE- you asked in another thread what are the next projects for GROCON. Well one of them is Aspect! not sure the other?

That lot in front of 126 Phillip St, On Maquarie St, has GROCON boards up.

Maybe it's that one.

of course. i thought he ment one at southern end of town. i also thought it was called Cadence , but there the developers. its actually called 185 macquarie st.
