What wonderful inside core Arch. design.
However, I afraid that Shuttle lift is not enough for propulation of the office building and Hotel.

While I preffered the round hole design on an individual level I actually think the square one compliments the Jin Mao building better.

It's me or the floor that's under construction in that pictures features additional steel structure? Maybe a technical floor & structural reinforcement?

There are many cities in China are booming like Shanghai now. Of course, Shanghai took off about 15 years ago. Most of the big city is taking off about 6 years ago and it gets faster and bigger in terms of scale, bring a lot of oppotunaties as well as problems. However, in general they are getting better, that is sure.
