Floor girders working on 11th floor. (Last wk - level 9)

One question: What are those yellow round platform-like, on top of those three white residential buildings in the background? Helipads or water tanks?

Model M900D from australian made. Max lifting capacity, 64 tons. Max hoist speed, 525ft/min. During the entire project, it will climb 24 times.
