I think that this is the design with the most ingenuity of any skyscraper proposed or under construction. Very simple, yet distinct while maintaining elegance.

Impressive pictures. Looks like the concrete exterior at the base and corners is starting to be constructed.

I have also been wondering about that. I live opposite a construction site and I still do not understand how they extend the cranes so much. It always looks like the cranes have no steel to extend.
