in the som brochure i got from cityscape conference they have proposed it for dubai

this is a huge building, but i don't know where on fahad alsalem street it's going to be located, that street doesn't have a huge lot for that building to be built on...

If I am not mistaken, it will be somewhere between the Sheraton R/A and next traffic light (Muthana Complex), on the side of the sea, about 100 meters from the Salhia shopping centre.

Powerful name for a powerful design. This is one of my faves in Kuwait. It reminds me a bit of that proposed one for Dubai which never got approved. United Tower.

amazing looks like the one proposed for Dubai, i guess it is exactly the same one by SOM but the render is better..

Yeah because I talked about these pictures beforehand which I found on TR Hamzah and Yeang's website and it was written in the website under the pics that these are for the Capital Complex. Skoulikimou confirmed that and he added that these are the old designs of the tower complex
