Very nice building! But I always thought there were higher buildings in Tokio. 248m looks quite looks low forTokio. Still it has a great skyline.

Nope, we built a supertall building in Taiwan where earthquakes often break out. We have earthquake proof technology. Tokyo has the height limit in the downtowns and the government respects residents' objection against the building construction. But we have a plan to build a 610m antenna tower in the old part of Tokyo outside the height limit district though it's not a building.

thats nice, but is there a chance to discuss or re-debate the height limit with the residents???? i mean, residentes who objected might not be the same actually, so it might be possible to re-discuss height limit .......
