One of my favourite American skyscrapers - I love the slightly wavy facade with the blue glass and yellow mullions, and the way they designed the plantroom at the top with a pitched white block and spiraling curve. Looks great from all angles. 9/10

One thing for sure: this building cannot be described as boring. No matter what angle you look, it has something interesting to offer, and it looks real good in the skyline. |

9.5, while it doesn't hold the fort down like the Columbia tower, it is my favorite scraper in Seattle. Great building!

You're so right, RafflesCity - this scraper is definitely NOT boring...
8/10 (maybe I could have given it an 8.5...)- Very nice contrast between white mullions(?) and the glass curtainwall, which is a very nice shade of blue IMO, and really dances with the light. The contrasts between right angles and curves and broad and narrow sides mean that the tower has different "faces", which makes it much more interesting. And these contrasts are pulled together well, for the most part, to make a harmonious whole. It also has good height, especially seen from the narrow side. The roof, however, though it does seem to fit in with the rest of the structure, might have been a bit more interesting - and I can't tell how well the base works...

Looks a little boring looking from some angles but generally this building rocks!
Some how the colours make it look very American.. Almost like patriotism is embedded in this structure.. The facade is very pleasing to the eye.9.5/10
