The World Financial Center (as everything else in Lower Manhattan) looked a lot better overshadowed by the Trade Towers, but I gave it an 8.5 because I like the overall look of all the buildings and think they really symbolize Battery Park City.

Here's a picture of 1 WFC (and the roof of 2WFC), taken from my bedroom window:

Great setbacks and great facade, I love it, it's perfect for Lower Manhattan.
