It's not just Pusan that's building super tall buildings. In Incheon, there's a new building that will go into construction (610 Meters Tall).

The First Building is Burj Dubai, so not Korea.

The Next three buildings are to be built in Korea (are accepted for construction).

The First building is the Incheon Tower (610m) 151 floors, located in Incheon.

The Second building is Seoul Sangam International Business Centre, Located in Seoul (I believed right next to the Soccer Stadium Westward of Seoul) and it is 580meters tall with 130 floors.

The Last building is Seoul Jamsil The Second Lotteworld (Hotel I think). It is 552 Meters tall with 112 floors.

Above is the Incheon Songdo New City Asia Tread Tower, 65 stories high and is under construction.

Above is the Samsung Office Complex, 58 stories, 44 stories, and 38 stories high. Luckily, I live really close to it so if I ever get the chance, I'll upload my own pics for you all of those buildings.

Above is the International Finance Centre , going into construction this year (70 stories, 45 stories, and 40 stories high)

Above is a pic of Yeoido Park One Towers (72 floors, 65 floors) I have no clue what they are for, prob apartment building.

3 towers over 500m approved, that's really awesome for South Korea.

the main reason why south korea doesnt have super high rises is because they have serious issues with height restrictions and people complaining about how their buildings will have sunlight blocked by the super tall buildlings. NOt only that, theres tons of other issues to be dealt with.

I'm pretty sure the International Business Centre will be built, since it was also approved by the air force even though the height of the building went over the height restriction set by the air force since they believed it will give the city an economic boom.
