Krazy, can you add a link to part 1 and part 2 MH archives on your 1st post on this thread. It is always difficult to find those.

So will the tower furnish my apartment for me? I'm not happy, rental yields are going to be 8%, not 9%, who else is annoyed by this?!

Could we stick to the subject please - am sure it only puts off new people contributing.

Any more recent pics / news?

Things have been quiet for the last few days, must be the Christmas rush, or the rush to top off and buy furnture in preparation.....

Went to look in the show flat last week, and they were just furnishing it, which made it look much better

The whole tower fell into the marina last night as the result of a freak gust of wind.

how long did the ground work / piling take from start to finish?

I think Marina Heights will be become the one, new towers will be compared with for construction time.

Would be good to know

1) start of construction: months from launch
2) groundwork/piling
3) Tower construction (i guess just over a year judging by dazz's graph)
4) end of tower construction to handover

Rental values

Hi

I've got a one bedroom apartment in Marina Heights, not long found this site/thread - info has proved great so far. Thanks to all for this.

I've been in touch with Wembly Hotel management re. renting. Has anyone dealt with them? They claim to have a large no. of people in MH signed up, but the deal is a based on a % of the original price, NOT the current value. Does this seem low to you guys??
