That tower is hideous. It needs to be reworked from scratch.

the whole scheme is horrendous....and bloated with the same lame 'themed' areas like dubai because they have no ideas on what a future city really should be. And why so big? I agree with previous comments when they say why would you want to live there? And with that sort of population growth more than half these buildings will be empty.

the rendering looks suspiciously similar to that of the Burj Dubai...I mean seriously, can someone post a side-by-side comparison??

Most likely this is just a concept and we'll see what it looks like when they actually start building in infrastructure and release details of the various areas. If built they'd probably hire a bigshot architect like Emaar did with the burj

The aim of this development is not to attract tourists but business. Therefore it doesn't matter if you personally want to live there or not. Furthermore 700,000 is nothing; you guys have to understand this concept, the city will be filled with 700,000 people over 25 years ! If you ask me I think that that is just too little.

About the design I just love it, you guys should really check out the video clip it's just fantastic !

The only similarity that I can see between the two skyscrapers is that they both have a layered effect but that's about it !
