I like the way how two surfaces compose together. This concrete wall is simply amazing and the windows are like pattern. I hope it will be an exposed concrete facade without any cladding. That would be really nice. Visually, the material fits the environment almost perfectly.

There was a documentary on tv a few days ago about this building and it showed that they're covering the concrete with stone panels where it's flat (I think they said it was limestone) and on the curved parts they're using the same material which is thinner and attached to some sort of mesh backing. It's also broken into irregular sized pieces so it can bend. It showed them installing the stone on both surfaces. I also thought the bare concrete looked good but the stone is also attractive.

Thanks for the info! I was afraid they gonna cover this wall with the aluminium panels ( I like aluminium too. It's just not the best choice in this case. IMO ). Limestone seems to be pretty good. However, concrete is a kind of a liquid continuum and it would be much better for the whole effect of the curved walls. Besides, using concrete, they could achieve that look or even that presence of a sculpted shape.

But I agree! The stone is the good way for this skyscraper

It's 412 m now… It was written on the construction site's screen yesterday… I think it's officially topped-out…
