Imagine something simmilar in lower Manhattan on WTC1. The subtle lit skyline with this master piece as the focal point.

I was at the site the other day, it's almost complete, ground works mainly ongoing, the glass could certainly use a good wash as well.

The mall opens in Feburary and will have an IMAX cinema complex, which should be cool. Hopefully there will be a restuarant or some way for the general public to enjoy the views from top side.

Goes without saying, but it's a spectacular tower and depending where you are viewing it from can look very different because of the sculpted shape, I think the best angle is from around the Kuwaiti Towers.

Maybe the mall isn't finished yet, or maybe the structure is finished but the building isn't yet full occupied.

The mall is not open, only Hermes is open, the mall opens next month, they haven't finished it yet, there's still a fair degree of ground work and interior work ongoing on this complex.
