That's the CDC (Central Depository Company) House on Shahra-e-Faisal.
CDC is the company which manages all the databases at the Karachi Stock Exchange where all the shares are deposited in electronic format cutting the need of physically having the paper stocks.

The building named ‘CDC House’ is located on main Shahrah-e-Faisal which is the hub of the city. Being the embodiment of the distinctive prestige of CDC in the market, the CDC House is destined to become a city landmark in the future. The building is to be installed with state-of-the-art technology, security systems and many other modernly designed, purpose-built facilities symbolizing the futuristic vision of the Company. The Area occupied is 1,222 sq Yards, with approximately 50,000 sq ft. covered area.
