Is that fence around the pool going to be taken down? Looks odd and out of place. Other than that, it looks great.

The Pool Fence is actually a wind-break designed to keep the sand out fo the pool. It is a temporary measure until they get that problem worked out.

I just closed on my unit on the 44th floor - love the building.

Wow! You are almost 500 feet off the ground. I hope to one day to own a condo with a Bay view balcony that is at least 500 feet off the ground. Miami is now one of the few places in the world where there are lots to chose from.

They seriously need to start opening businesses up real soon! That 9th picture is crying for some tables, seats and patrons and probaly some music too.

From what I have heard, the southeast corner of MarinaBlue is a prime restaurant site that has been leased by a big name restaurant. The Northeast corner, I have heard many rumors, may be Starbucks!

The rumor of a JCPenny moving into MarinaBlue sounds false . There is not enough extra parking to handle a large retail store like that.
