That is what I was told by the sales office about a year ago. Who knows, things can change.

Yea you guys, you are so damn lucky in Miami. So many new projects going up. Here in LA, very little if anything!

The glass is green, i've seen it myself, its just really light green, about the same color as brickell on the river at the moment the only place that doesn't have the protective blue covering is the lower balconies, and the other side is blue also...so don't worry guys the building will be blue and green but it wont be a dark blue and green but instead very light. And once residents move in and install curtains its not going to look as pretty.

Bryan, nice shot. When was that taken? Have they started any of the finish stucco on the back side?

Going to have to agree, the front side is far more appealing. Nice pic Bryan

Please do! It's a rare and dramatic look that isn't often seen down there.

I love fog, it just adds an element of mystery to me. I used to live in Washington state. Lots of fog, was a great place.

wow the balconies look really nice on Marina Blue. Really sleek and smooth. i didnt even notice they were there. It almost seems like theres no seperation between the units though... does anyone else see that? Maybe i should wait till the building is actually complete though to comment.
