^Good location, not the best, would have been better if it had been on MB.

The location of the building is extremely poor, I believe. That place is crowded like hell! It's somewhere near Muzung Chungi.

If only it were more symetrical, and include some sort of decorative elements

Other than that, its a Good design!

thats even better, we cant ignore these hell places, we must turn them into heaven.

it will be a good project to beautify the area, and the area is allready getting a big uplift, theres so many new malls and towers coming on ferozpur road, plus ring road will clean the traffic.

The building is beautiful and shows the image of East Asia. East Asians are very advanced and forward thinking. Americans can learn a lot from East Asians.

The only thing with the drawings is that they are showing cars that aren't driven in Pakistan. However, by the time the building is complete I hope that we start seeing those types of cars in Pakistan.

the building has a south west face....i m wondering how will they stop all the direct sunlight from entering during the hot period of summers....??? Glass allowing heats to enter n prevents long wave radiation to be trapped inside....this means they will hafto waste alot of energy through air conditioning and cooling during that season...!!!

Salam,

Its a nice project and looks a bit different too. Not a tall building though. Neat and clean architecture.

Techno-Architect! I really like your attitude. This is an important comment by you because it takes into consideration the fact that we can save a lot of energy by mere architecture of the design. For example, a little light can glow the entire room if we have brilliant-white paint on the walls. Similarly, sheds can "shed" heat waves away in summers and en-trap the interior heat during winters.
In winters, however, this building may get some cosy sunlight and may save heating
Peace.
