Famous architects, what have they designed in your city.

Hard to explain this one but I just want to know what the top architects have designed in your city.

Here's some from Hong Kong

IM. Pei - Bank Of China Tower

Sir Norman Foster - HSBC Building, Hong Kong International Airport

Cesar Pelli - 1-IFC, 2-IFC

Detroit:
Most buildings designed by regional architects but there are a few well known ones:

Daniel Burnham: Majestic Building (1896, demolished 1962), Ford Buiding (1909), David Whitney Building (1916).

Albert Kahn: Fisher Building (1928), GM Building (now Cadillac Place), NBD /First National Building, dozens of medium rise buildings, and almost every auto factory in the city!

Philip Johnson/John Burgee: Comerica Tower (1993)

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe: Lafayette Towers and Townhouses (1960)

John Portman: Renaissance Center (1977). He also did the Atlanta Peachtree Plaza.

Frank Lloyd Wright: Unisonian style house in Palmer Woods neighborhood.

Minoru Yamasaki: Consolidated Gas Building (1963 - now called One Woodward Place). Since the NY WTC destruction in 2001, this 28 story tower is his tallest standing buiding)

Emporis.com has pictures of most of these buildings.
