When I went into the sales centre, the saleswoman mentioned that it would look similar to the towers in the TD Centre. One of the largest suite models is called the "Mies".

It is an elementary observation to anyone who has studied any International Style architecture.

I've driven by it a number of times in the past week alone and no the excavation has not started, but the work on the site to prep it has.

Ive always loved this building, for those people who aren't from toronto, its especially impressive because it sits above rosedale and looks amazing coming down mountpleasant/jarvis. Maybe we could get some better pics up?

I've always loved that building, even I was a kid.
The roof reminds me of the Parliamentary Library.
