And, there is no need to tell that the dispute over taste is for intriguing trolls.
You're right in some way btw
Yeah, also there's IBM headquarters and different insurance companies in Embankment towers

In Federation Tower, there's top russian bank headquarters(VTB)

Also, AfiMall, is one of the largest malls in Europe, and at least many people visit it....

SO, I like some buildings of the Moscow IBC(City of Capitals for example, it was designed by NBBJ)

Why also Federation Tower was showed on Discovery as one of the greatest buildings in the world (also in Security issues)

So, the only buildings i dont like are Mercury City Tower, Imperia Tower and AfiMall(so-so)

Sorry, russians are not so rich(im about ordinary people)
if they'd make lots of money, half of pop of Moscow would move to London right now (except of patriots, of course)

Also, wb my pics, you still didnt change your opinion, am i right?

It strikes me that the IBC is just a vanity project. Moscow builds a few skyscrapers to try and compete with the likes of London, Frankfurt and New York, but there is no substance to the development.

London does not build skyscrapers for the sake of it, only because there is real demand and people want to do business in London, even Russians!

The ironic thing for me, is that a lot of money has been spent on the IBC in Moscow, in an attempt to rival London as a major business and financial centre. Some people who have responded to my posts are claiming that London is 'lower league' do not really understand this!

The Moscow IBC has not succeeded at all, in fact your photos only go to prove my points. Where are the business's, where are the workers? The IBC looks like a terrible place to do business!

The IBC is not a credible threat to London and the architecture (the original point to my posts!) is awful!
So, they're actually ordinary people

So, i must say, that most of visitors now are Turkish and Tajuk workers, dogs and some photographers(and ordinary people who goes to the mall)....

Actually, when i visit IBC, i see some foreigners, and some businessmen who work here

IBM works, VTB too/ but only in few buildings

You wanted people, ok, people are here

Moscow is the city of contrasts

So, i dont argue with you,

The main problem that Moscow IBC is not completed yet, and thats why it's not integrated into the city
And massive problem with parking here, it will be solved in few years, i hope, because of new moscow government here, not like previous that planned that.

New mayor says that Moscow IBC is very big mistake in city's development, btw, while he recognizes that some buildings look good and modern.....
(so, mostly because its situated extremely near the centre of Moscow)

Moscow is turning into the comfortable city now....
But All those last 15 years(Luzhkov era), Moscow got lots of ugly buildings
there were too many bilboards, too many ugly buildings, because of wild capitalism,
when developers build some buildings, they dont care about design, they care about profit

Im sorry, you cant compare Moscow with London or London with Moscow, they are too different and neither are 'better' than the other one....
I do really like many of the new buildings going up in Moscow (I am especially envious of Federation Tower) at the moment (with the exeption of Murcury City Tower) although i feel the designs are Landmarks in themselfs they could clash with each other, especially as they are so close to each other... (much like in the city of London you could say?)

Must also say, that the most interesting thing of Moscow is chaos and big contrasts.

In 19th century, there were luxury and great buildings, at the same time there was terrible and poor life near....

In 20th century, there were little country houses(in the city) and stalin skyscrapers near......

Yes, because this centre is not complete yet.

So, is it ugly or pretty?
LOL. Even I know that City is a name of business district in the centre of London. He/she mean what this district is ugly, but London itself is pretty (not for me, although).

To be honest, it's very difficult to understand all your so-called "points". Where I can buy goods with mark "Made in UK" (except whiskey, of course)?

If you can't see something, it's don't mean that it's not exist.

I was been as in the City as in IBC. So, I have more right to compare than you.
