No metro project has been prepared for airport yet, because it quiet far from city, there is not much on the way just 1-2 towns, and there is already 3 metro lines u/c in Ankara going to other places.

You can take a bus (actually they are good quality inter-city couches) to the city. There is a private bus company of the airport itself.

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport will be completed just before the completion of Ankara Airport.

So so.. It is about 2 weeks after my visit. I can see they have completed those outside roof coverings and some glasses after I visited.

Total construction area of terminal with additional facilities (excluding apron construction), 363,000m2

Among those; main building is 183,000m2, autopark is 120,000m2

Additionally total construction area of the apron is 225,000m2
