Good development for LA. They need it because the downtown area is relatively small and with too little housing compared to other cities the size of LA.

where are those towers you see in the A-Team?
And LA does have a nice skyline why do people not like LA's skyline???

i like the new projects seems to bring more live to the downtown area ,wich seeing all those parkinlots was badly needed,good job!

thank you. the LA skyline is definitely underrated and the parking lots are being filled. what do you mean A-Team?

When the A-Team tv series starts you see the LA skyline with 2 or 3 '70s towers ...did they tore em down?

That's Century City, a district west of Downtown.

Things people should know about LA Live.
1. It will have 14 movie theatres
2. Club Nokia
3. Nokia Theatre
4. Grammy museum
5. There's been discusion of doind several awards like the Grammys, the Oscars, etc there
6. 50,000 people plaza
7. 55 1000+ room Hilton Hotel
8. Underground parking
9. LED and tv screens outside, [as shown in the renderings]
10. Hotel Ballroom
What I would personally like better than anything is an observation deck, LA really needs one.

Btw should't the Hanover Tower have it's own thread since it's already u/c? I think it deserves one one of it's own.
