Good for the region. And good for Dubai, if more cities around it get a better economy, it creates trading oppurtunities for Dubai in the long run.

great news
 finly today emaar's icon in boards front selling center Nkheel project ,i was think that bulding one of that Marriage Castles Around Jeddah  something great will be happeining soon  i should bring some hot pic's from these old airport area .there three huge Construction project (AL Andalus Mall-Carfore-unknown) and road construction as will they building bridgs,Tunnels and wide streets so these site in jeddah the most Active place you ever can see

Emaar now in finle stage bulding Sales Center
  its seems emaar buy one of that 4 plot in old airport from AL-OLA Propertes

This is the project that I saw in Emaar's showroom in Riyadh few months back. They have not released any information about it yet. Maybe they are just waiting for a major event or exhibition to give the project more publicity.

Could this be a sales center of some sort, for Jeddah Hills maybe? Looking at the billboard, I see Turner Construction & Saudi BinLaden Group, both of which are massive constractors, and they are under the EMAAR logo...This has to be part of something much bigger.
