Just saw sa news earlier that a Gaisano Island Mall (by the Gaisano Capital group), is being built somewhere in Mandaue.

QIMONDA: looks like na-shelved na bai tungod sa
1st project (BPO Building) which we know is a big failure
to attract tenants...it's been 2 years (more or less) nga nahuman
nga building but we've never seen a good activity in that
area after its completion though, na-a to'y nag fencing
sa adjacent lot but i'm not sure kung napadayon ba 'to?
