yep, all of them. I made a point of not including all dubious towers. If i were to include all proposed towers and towers in early stages of development - the list would've been much larger.

I can understand people not liking the location of Beetham from a distant or skyline view because it is a bit out of the way.. Yet it seems perfectly located when on the streetscape of Manchester. Also, from some views you see it clustered with The Great North Tower, which may not be that tall, but from the Town Hall they both compliment each other well (or at least will do when complete)..

Beetham and Civil Justice are the best projects! Great construction list for Manchester.

Ah yes, well he does work for the company so I guess he knows more about it than anybody else on the forum. Great news if its true.
I'm quite surprised to be honest. I thought Chapel Wharf would have been the last to go ahead out of most of the proposals.

Found out recently (from MancGuy (?)) that demolition work is beginning on the (awful) building that is currently on the Albany/Crown tower site! So should start to see this one beginning soon(ish).

Also, it has been rumoured that this tower may be getting a height increase

I dont post here v.much, just letting our fellow forumers across the world know whats going on in manchester; 2006 should be a great year for the city!

(check out the u/c beetham tower, its starting to look really good now as it nears completion )
