whoah... Greenbelt 3 and 5 are really really fantastic! It's really GREEN!!! This really set a new standard for Malls! It will relieve you of a stereotypical malls that composed of floors and walls...

There is a mall in Taiwan that's up to 14th floor and I swear to God, Its not fun moving around a tall mall with low ceilings and small space (that's why they build it upward than increasing the land area of the mall). It's very claustrophobic. While Greenbelt is really relaxing!!! Cheers!!!

-:Rasuna Epicentrum:-

The GUGGENHEIM MUSEUM is to BILBAO;

The POSTDAMER PLATZ is to BERLIN;

The ESPLANADE is to SINGAPORE;

The RASUNA EPICENTRUM is to JAKARTA;

Rasuna Epicentrum is a 44 hectares complex in Jln. Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta, that consist of Condominium, Office Tower, Sport Center, Art Center,and... Shopping Center (and etc. etc.). Its status is U/C. Started in 2006 and hopefully done in 2014.

Media Walk and Lifestyle District
Another first in the Kuningan Area, and the City of Jakarta at that, a zero transport walking district zone. The Media Walk and Lifestyle Center will be very similar to California's Universal Studio City Walk but with the twist of a tropical ambience. The lifestyle center and media walk provide round the clock activities to the pedestarian. The walk is structured in an open-air concept where shoppers can browse at leisure. Glance thru the shops and games centers, home and artifacts shops, cafes and pubs with live music.

Enjoy viewing the latest fashion from designer boutique houses and branded shops. Take a break from shopping and get a refreshment break of aromatic tea or exotic Javanese coffee from one of the quaint a variety of creative cocktails as you listen to soothing jazz music or to a live band play. It will certainly be a place that will entice and invite.

River Walk

The River Walk, the adjacent walking zone, patterned after Singapore's Clark Quay, will be a busy open-air eating haven. The walk will be lined with themed restaurants offering fantastic culinary delights from the 5 continents arround the gobe. This zone prides it self of cafes and highend restaurants that have earned themselves awards for services and culinary exellence. Aside from the special landscape treatments for the walk, there will be live music to entertain dinners. The river's panoramic view, as well would have a special lighting scheme that would make every dining experience more romantic and pleasurable. It will be melting pot different cultures and the best place to enjoy international cuisine in one exciting location. With so much choice to satisfy your palate, be prepared to savor food like never before. Each meal will surely be a gastronomic adventure.

So, wheter you are out to romance, or party with family or friends, choose your own adventure with unlimited option at the River Walk District.

-:RASUNA EPICENTRUM:-

We seek to make the Rasuna Epicentrum as one of most sought after destination city in Asia, nonetheless, the world over. It is the biggest, most phenomenal integrated city development ever conceived. It is envisioned to be the Capital of Activities and Events in Jakarta, the Lifestyle Capital of Jakarta.

With a very broad range of establishments to be erected in this site, it will be offering year round activities for the city such of fashion shows, Culinary and Art Festivals, Car exhibitions, live music shows and concerts and many others. It will be the latest place that people will yearn and long for to explore. The Rasuna Epicentrum is the combination of a dynamic architectural design of landmarks and buildings, the presence of the latest in fashion and lifestyle, a dining and recreation destination where diverge cultures meet, and it is a reflection of the rich heritage, that is, of Indonesia.

The Rasuna Epicentrum, a mega project spearheaded by the Bakrieland Development is the most grandiose undertaking ever by any entity that will mark Jakarta as one of the World's City of Destination. This project will be erected in an area of approximately 50 hectares in the kuningan vicinity. A paragon of all projects, this will make the Rasuna Epicentrum a city within a city and will eventually be celebrated as the Lifestyle Capital of Jakarta. It will be Jakarta's largest integrated "live, work and play" centre. A venue of hip cafe's and retaurants, exhibits, live cultural and new era entertainment, boutiques and various branded outlets, high rise office building and small business offices, the Rasuna Epicentrum will nest a fresh new wave of residents, among them the expat community, writers, artists, film makers and young executives looking for a laid back alternative to the crush of the city. They will be drawn by the area gentrification and it's enduring relaxed and laid back atmosphere, at the same time, integrating habitation, lifestyle and business.

The Rasuna Epicentrum will be a place to celebrate lifestyle and success. As Jakarta's new Cultural District, it is place where people can celebrate life, discover nature, and experience distinct culture. It will provide a environment that foster creativity and sense of community.

A fascinating venue destination, the Rasuna Epicentrum provides inspiration for busy creative work activities as well as leisurely exciting fun after work hours with friends. It is where friendships are made and careers are born.
