my collegues working in that project are shocked at the contrast of its elegant appearance and its poor engineering outfits - take the toilet of each of the office level, 300 square feet per floor, narrow and squeezing, queue up to answer the call of nature has almost been somewhat sure.

Sounds like they traded quality for speed. That's a shame. It's never enough for a building to just look nice, it's also got to function.

Yeah, and had very poor interior designing. What a shame, such a nice tower

One model floor doesn't say much about the whole building. And there are lots of things that you won't notice on the pictures but only until you actually work there.

View from 75F, yeah it's quite dull/polluted as most typical day here Right in front is the Pearl River Tower and can't hardly see the Citic Plaza at the back (Also the curtain wall was a bit dirty)

I consider this tower completed. Does anybody disagree?

The latest pics of this tower still had a crane on top and some cladding gaps. So I'd like to see a picture of the full tower to confirm.

I see, they are putting in furniture already though and it's open to public so that kinda means that it opened already. Anyway, it would be cool if someone could provide us a pic from the outside.

Here are some pictures by Senlan posted 4/18 on gaoloumi.com. Looks like the top is still not finished.

It is absolutely not finished yet, although from the outside looks fairly completed in the inside it is almost still empty, at least for the hotel at the top (70-103F) there are no furniture at all and that will still take a few months to start installing. From what I have been told it should finish around October for the Asian Games at Guangzhou

The street looks quite green for such a busy street. Love all the trees and plants.

Are they finish with the renovation (makeover) in the older part of GZ? I heard it was a chaotic and messy during the construction.

Just joking.
Funny, I thought of the same thing as I saw the pic.
