Why some reports certified this twins as 405 meters not 432?

That's what I often thing about a lot of these really tall buildings. But a wise man (or not so wise) once said, "if you build it, they will come". I'm sure they'll find someone to inhabit these buildings.

In fact the CITIC Plaza is near full and most other skyscrapers as well. However, as the huge quantities of new offices come on the market in the Pearl River New City there will be a slight over-supply but that will only be temporary. The overall vacancy rate in Guangzhou is 11,3% which allows some elasticity in the market (It is possible to find a new or bigger office without too much trouble) In Hong Kong it is currently considered to be a lack of offices and the vacancy rate there is about 5,5%...
