May it be Burj Dubai? I havent seen a faster construction like the burj.The West Tower is fast too!

this tower had seem to start last but the rate is so fast its looks like its caught up with the others.lol

its floor 50 atm, when it reaches fl65 it will virtually stop. thats when the hollow steel section starts and main core terminates. so be happy with fast pace because its going to slow to snails pace in 15 floors time.

I don't expect the Guangzhou East Tower to start construction before 2010.

the floors are up to lev40 while core has lev53/54/55 inside or 251m top.
