the east tower isn't likely to be identical to the west tower, not in size or design.

We shouldn't judge the East Tower yet. They're still designing it.

I don't care, to me it should be the same triangular-section, tubular structure, maybe some 50 meters taller or colored red, but basically the same! I know the developer is not the same, so just xerox the old plans for them!!!!
