Yes, one which looks much better and that it wasn't built for its height. But im not sure whether or not they will use the same design

You can do that with 2 different buildings, and still look amazing...

original idea was two gateway icon towers on each side of the harbour, that is why it looks like two gateway towers!

One downfall is that the East and west tower isn't seperated by a body of water So you can't really call it a gate. However, if they were seperated by a river or possibly a harbor (like IFC and ICC in HK), people who navigate through it will have the true feel of the "gate".

Well, nothing stops you from walking between them though
