outstanding pics and great density in that area..if only the east tower and the other future buildings were closer the density would be ideal..

Are you sure? That sounds like a really big area... Could those be the sqm for the projected twins?

1. It is that big area, AoN Center from Chicago (346m) have 334,448 m˛

2. Is only one tower for sure, the other one might have a different design.

I like the shape of the tower, but the cladding in 1980s blue and the concrete braces showing both look awfully cheap. I'm not sure this tower is going to age very well. Maybe I'll have a different impression when it's complete, the renderings looked so spectacular.

The angle in which the buildings have been taken from make them look so nice and skinny especially the tv tower. Also, is the blurriness in the photos due to fog or pollution because i experienced the same problem when i was in gz earlier this yr.

I LOVE the "1980s blue"! What "concrete braces" are you about??

yep, those are the best bits of the design!

He's talking about the cross bracing. It doesn't look cheap, nor 80s imo:

Well clearly you can see that from the floor space. More room means more companies. More companies means more profit. (Well, effeciency might be the wrong word)

I mean, how can one mistake steel tubes for concrete?

What happened to the light blue, mirror-like, light reflecting cladding in the renderings? The cladding is a huge downgrade.

??

And the concrete pattern behind the glass does look cheap, they should have put that pattern in the cladding. It does not make any sense to have concrete designs like that in the building, they are just blocking views. Look how many windows are now going to have no veiw per floor. That will be a huge throw off for businesses looking to occupy the tower.
