Ahh yeah. I forgot about that one. Looks a little like the new york times tower in NYC. The only one I'm not sure about is NQ. They need to do some work on that.

so we back to comparision? then next time please don't accuse people for what you do yourself

yes. moscow is on same level as shanghai, beijing and san paulo. our highrises few lower but on same quantity.

moscow has 24thous commieblcoks over 9 floors (it means 12f +, because there was no 10 and 11 floor commieblocks)

in front - typical 18 storey commieblocks v1.5. thousans of them were build in 80's and 90's. now moscow building mostly 2.0 and 2.0+.

Lets just try & keep this thread about London proposals etc & not fill it with what London may look like 7 years hence & that way it will get less criticism from other world posters.

What Wills done is great - If it showed the proposal & status a quick summary like on the UK forum non UK forumers could see where a proposal is & why its delayed etc & therefore this thread will get less stick from other posters.

This is afterall a forum on high rise buildings ,wherever in the world they are- not a stupid nationalistic My country/city has the biggest, best, denest buildings etc which alot of threads get populated with.

London is a great city with some great proposals. Moscow, Frankfurt, Paris , Dubai etc also have many exciting proposals- lets celebrate that & not bicker for 2006.

Same to all you world posters- leave your predjudices at the door - have a look at whats planned for london & dont just have a go because its London

Moscow does have a hell of a lot of highrises, but the vast majority are crappy commieblocks. Why someone would want to promote their city on that basis is beyond me.

Maybe if we leave the London threads alone for a while people will regret comparing it, when its not a City Vs City discussion.

If you lock the thread, you will be just giving in too the people that post the posts with the aim of bringing a worthy thread to it's troll-like knees. I don't know why posts that are intended to cause flame, anger and reaction, just get deleted. It works in other forums I go to. There's too much free reign in SSC.

BTW if that skyline render posted by wjfox2002 would be absolutley amazing if it comes off

Emporis is very unreliable for building stats these days.

If you want proof that Broadgate is under construction then just view the webcams at the bottom of this page:

The core isn't rising yet but the groundworks have begun and Broadgate is 100% on its way the core will be raising soon.
