A map of all projects on the creek, showing some projects which are fairly unknown at the moment:

Top right: Festival city
Below that: 7 pearls
Island: there will be an opera house or something of that sort here
Then on the other side there will be Arabian Bays and Wellness village
Also at the bottom there's an area that seems relatively untouched since there is a flamingo sanctuary there:

How all this looks in relation to business bay:

How are these projects going to interconnect? I think I can see highways (?) on the aerials, but is there going to be a monorail or some other form of transportation that will connect all of these individual superprojects?

So they extended BB a little. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Brilliant love the reserve, great move for a city who has a ? mark over the enviroment.

These are seperate projects but will be interconnected as far as I know. There's the dubai metro lightrail project and some of these projects have their own public transportation services aswell that'll connect to it. Once these projects are built another serious line will be needed for this area too

2 interesting towers for the burj dubai complex. There was some mention by SA Boy that a big architect would be designing a building there so this may be it. There are no details but will definitely go through.

As some of you already know, Dubai's towers aren't going to be all bunched into the same area but will be built in a few clusters. The most impressive one by far though will be the SZR / Burj Dubai / Business Bay / DIFC area with not only the tallest towers but also the best designed aswell. Almost all the towers released so far for business bay are great and the whole area will have quite a few tallies by the time it's done. Here's a little thing that definitely shows burj dubai won't stand on its own. I put in the business bay centrepiece tower in since it's pretty much certain a big tower will be built by dubai properties there. Also it evens out the diagram

Expect some more in the future. Rumours include the 3-tower Al Rafi complex (280/300/340m), a future 90-storey damac tower and a pair of 70F twins by Emirates.

Estimated height for burj dubai is 800m here
