It's like a mini-marina inside the marina.

Not a new tower but some better renders for the Cube in sports city:

Now, these are too large to post so click the smaller image to go to the larger one:

For more go here:

http://www.tcfi.de/index.php?id=333

Also from the same developer will be a 30F tower in business bay. No render but the location is known. Hopefully it'll be of the same quality as the cube or better.

Unnamed Tower 30F

well this is not a final design of course so nothing to worry. look at the video and you will se it will definetly not remain lonely.
also if it is 200F those around must be 100F+

Take a look at the people in these renders!! why are there more white people in these renders than there are of middle eastern descent?

@ Bikes

It's said to be 200F

Something in me says that the render isn't right. The Al Burj is definitly too tall compared to the lenght of Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Waterfront.

And I don't think we need to worry about Madinat al Arab. The Al Burj won't be alone, there will be lots of "midrise" of 100-400/maybe 500 meters. We'll see what the future brings, maybe a companion which will be a little higher or lower in the same environment (I don't mention Burj Dubai or Dubai Park hoteltower), just another supertall included in the Madinat al Arab masterplan.

i think the render is about correct for a 200F tower, but of course the perspective is a bit deceiving. actually there is another supertall already in both renders and masterplan, look at the first picture, right side next to the canal!

Yeah I saw that building before, but which one is the correct one?

or this one:

I think the tower won't be taller than 600 meters, but hell yeah, it's surely tall!
