Status of Vision City three months ago...





From this plan, the height estimations:
Tower 1, 5: 192.2m
Tower 2, 3: 195.35m
Tower 6: 182.75m

I heard this is mostly smaller units... thinking about selling my Tai Koo place in exchange for this...

of coz then i can't witness the rise of One Island East...

That's because it's mainly focused on the Nina Tower and she probably funded the most.

Vision City is just a development. Tsuen Wan is not being redeveloped into a secondary downtown like Kowloon Bay or Kowloon Station.

read on Singtao yesterday that they'll start selling Vision City very soon... they've already began selling them internally... looks like I won't make it :-/

From an April 18 SCMP article :

Sino Land is expected soon to launch its 1,500 unit Vision City in Tsuen Wan.

The company earlier said it was waiting for the government's pre-sale consent for the 15-tower project.

The development at Tai Ho Road and Yeung Uk Road has a shopping centre with a gross floor area of 500,000 square feet and a multifunctional open space of 40,000 sqft.

The developer expects the complex to be completed in the third quarter of next year.

From newspaper - vision city has 69-storey stowers. I don't know if they missed out the 4s.

Tower 3: 46 Storeys
Tower 5&6: 48 Storeys

Though Tower 1 & 2 have less floors, because the ceiling height is higher, they are about the same height as Tower 5 & 6.
