well ill leave construction diagram at 398m until we have official confirmation on its 400m+ height. please let us know.

Pretty cool, rarely do you see a good looking skyscraper in China outside of Shanghai. Most are butt ugly. Hong Kong of course doesn't count.

The nice tower has had a new name 'Jialing Fanying'.

Chongqing's downtown crosses two rivers,one of them is Yangtze river as you know,the other one is just Jialing river.

Fanying means reflection of sail in the water.

Generally speaking,Yangtze river seems yellow in the summer time,but Jialing river's blue or green at the most time of a year.
