Good Grief! Is it 1932?! Again?? Or are we just reliving the PoMo of the 1980s? I'd rather not, thanks all the same. There is only one thing that will give an aged look and that is time.
It may be tall but it is also KITSCH & TWEE!!

It looks like it is maybe 50 floors. I dunno how it would end up being 750' unless the floors are all 15' tall or the rendering is messed up.

Yeah same here. Downtown would be more better if the skyline had a more older and historic feel to it.

pretty much....this will be all luxury condos....I hear prices will be between $5,000,000 - $20,000,000.....off course they're all rumors right now, but we have to wait and see what is reported in the L.A. times article

^ Who is your contact, at those prices it seems more like a hoax. Anyhow, I like the design and style of this highrise.....

The renderings are mixed up in the site. Grand Av. is going to be LA's anwer to NY's Fifth Av. with the MOCA, Disney Hall, that one Cathedral, the Iconic Tower, and now these two buildings.

your thinking of the wrong part of grand for these two new towers. they will be in South Park, near the Harold Examinar and the SBC Tower, in the parking lot next to teh Giant Club. That area will see TONS of change in the next 3 years.

We have got to get another rendering of the future skyline. As you say LASF, the one rendering we have is missing 10-15 buildings and in addition, the City House and Olympic towers are huge and will impact the skyline tremendously.

Well you did a good job! I'm just wondering how the entire skyline will look assuming that all currently proposed projects go through and take shape. Do you think you could make another rendering? That would greatly be appreciated.
