WoW, the top part doesn't complement the building at all and the excessive use of gold color makes it worse. It's too tacky for Makati and undeserving of its prime location.(corner Ayala Ave and Makati Ave?)

The center of Metromanila skyline is around Pioneer Street. There are several big lots in that area that are currently occupied by factories.

There's none yet because the project is still being confirmed. Anyway, I hope it pushes through. If it does, then Kuok really loves us given the fact that he's Malaysian and his company is enlisted in HK. His hotel chain has three hotels in Manila and will operate/operates two resorts in the provinces (Cebu, Aklan). He also has two condos in Manila - The Shang Grand Tower and St Francis Towers (60-storey twin towers). And the only mall (I think the only mall) that is Kuok/Shangri-La owned is also in Manila (Shangri-La Plaza).
