yeah its been. the majority of u/c towers in NYC are either topped or in foundation work.

carlos, you deserve an award for your pics. and its funny this is a kind of brush off the shoulder building in new york, but if it was built in downtown LA it would be the biggest news. Nice tower anyway

its not the most INNOVATIVE project out there.... but its simple, and doesn't attract negative attention either.... and its nice to have some new rentals, and opposed to new condos all the time.

I didn't realize this was so close to Madison Square Garden and a lot of the very large planned developements. This building will become lost in the new West Side cluster in 5-10 years. Ah, progress!!
