NICE WORK RAK PROPERTIES Pleased to see that they are continuing the build. Long delays but at least there's some light at the end of the tunnel. I wish the developers would acknowledge that us investors have also struggled through these difficult times and had to put up with our money tied up for YEARS without any type of return or compensation. Lets hope RAK PROPERTIES treat their investors with some courtesy and respect by not having sky high service charges and additional "surprise" fees nearer handover.

I have an apartment at B12 Block And I am Away from UAE. Just i need to know when the Apartment will finish to prepare the Final payment. |

it seems they Assign the block 1 and 2 earlier Do you have any info about assign date ? my apartment is on B12 block and need to know the assign date. coz i have to prepare for final payment |

A friend of mine who owns one here too was told November/December but i would thin it may take longer. Probably March 2012 but lets see!

i informed rak property cannot guarantee the immigration licensee for investors as me . so i decide to sell my apartment. if any body need 1 bedroom apartment at B12 block send me a private message to talk more..
