Very classy looking structure

Yes, Waterview is under construction. I drove by it last weekend and it is under way.

Its kind of funny seeing this one going up, and right across the river is Trump's Tower going up which is to be of about the same height. It seems like a race to see who can get done with their building first. This tower (Waterview) is just what this area needs though to break the monotomy of the 50 floor boxey office buildings that line Wacker Drive. I love it. Build more of them!!!

Hear hear!

I am always amazed at how very right Chicago does its tall buildings. Waterview, Trump, CS and all the others, such as those going up south of Grant Park. I can't wait to see what else might be in store for the other underutilized sites in the area.

Appleton is only about 3.5 hours from downtown Chicago and I thoroughly savor every chance I get to visit it. I would jump at any job offer that might ever come my way from the area just to be able to live among it all.

wacker drive is one of the most canyonized streets in chicago; there are no open spaces. this building is perfect for the location
