Me too...For many years the Loop was full of these parking lots. Slowly most of them are disappearing. Thank God.

Wow are the steel beams stacked on top of the core just there because there is no other location to stack them. They appear to be the correct length to form the steel frame??? I was always under the impression that Waterview would be a reinforced concrete building

no way....but its a great addition....throw in Trump, Spire, Aqua, Mandarin and Waterview and we have some amazing skyscrapers going up.

The gray steel beams are just the framework for the self-climbing core forms. You are correct that it is a reinforced concrete structure.

I drive by this everyday, and everyday it peaks above ground a little higher. Oh and then I get to look across the street at 300 N. LaSalle, then I drive by Trump Tower. Its a great drive home.
