Isn't there going to be that world renowned Japanese hotel chain Shangri-La going to be part of it?

BTW To my understanding, Shangri-La hotels is not Japanese but mainly of Hong Kong interests. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Nice pics but be careful there. The two superintendents and their safety guy are extreme badasses to uninvited visitors. I've seen one of them rip a previous project's owner for being on site without a hardhat and wearing street shoes.

yes Shangri-La is not Japanese. It is headquartered in Hong Kong.
