its been called a firewall because it will prevent fire spreading from one building to the other. i dont think its a fire escape.

Wow, look at Waterview she just shot out of the ground. To think we where all so very impatient about three months ago with its progress because it it hasn't risen above street level. Now look at her! She's on her was to have a fifth story! Thanks harryc for your contributions to this forums!

More great photos harryc, nice stitching! Instead of using that 2 megapixel pinhole, how would you like a 10 megapixel one?

LOL - finally went out and got a 7Mp Panasonic. Helps some with the buildings but is a real plus with the kids soccer. I use an insta-matic sized, and cheap, camera so I can carry it with me most everywhere.

What I miss out on is the wide angle, thus the auto-stitch.

This tower is going up fast, of all the towers going up in Chicago, i'm most interested in seeing this one on the skyline, it's so narrow.!!!
