I'll post a reply just to gve the thread a bump. I don't post on the site much, but this tower is one that I usually check on daily along with the Spire, and the Trump Tower.

I really can't wait to see how the skyline is transformed after these towers are completed. The view from the river when your driving on Lakeshore will be great (I could definately see people driving off the bridge in awe of the view.

This tower and the Trump Tower will also add some height to the center of downtown and create for even better views from the lake.

Does anybody know how much the residential capacity of downtown will increase after these projects are finished?

wow, that is impressive progress thus far! this tower is going to look unreal...chicago = best quality of skyscraper aesthetic design in north america!

really good photos and great progress. i think there are just 6 more floors left to construct for the rectangular part of the skyscraper.

That's a great photo, wrabbit..! in my minds eye i'm picturing this tower in the photo, and it's going to soar skyward from this angel, (any angel, for that matter) once the podium is topped out, we might expect a floor every 3 days, i can't wait for it to clear the R.R. Donally building...!
